Privacy policy

We collect the information you submit, including founder and company details, contact information, pitch decks, LinkedIn URLs, traction details and any screenshots you provide for assessment recovery.

We also create and store assessment results and may collect limited technical information such as request identifiers, device or browser information, IP-derived security data, and service logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the product.

We use submitted information to run and return the venture-readiness assessment, review Venture Ready companies, respond to you, recover interrupted submissions, protect the service, and improve its reliability and evaluation quality.

Your deck or assessment is not shared with investors without your permission. We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, secure file storage, automated deck analysis, public-profile research, security and operational monitoring. They may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Some processing may occur outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the assessment, support review and recovery, maintain security and reliability, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or record-integrity reasons. Your browser may also store an unfinished application locally so you can resume it; clearing site data removes that local copy.
