The assessment is free and does not give Althra equity in your company. It provides an evidence-led opinion about venture readiness and may identify possible next steps. It is not legal, financial or investment advice.

An assessment result does not promise investment, an investor introduction, admission to an Althra program, or review within a particular period. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because they depend on the material provided, public information and third-party services.

You retain ownership of the material you submit. You give Althra permission to host, copy and process it only as needed to provide, secure, recover and improve the assessment and to conduct any review described in the product.

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the material and that it does not violate another person's rights. We will not share your deck or assessment with investors without your permission.

Do not use the service unlawfully, submit malicious files, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's information, misrepresent your identity or company, or use automated means to overload or abuse the product.

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and automated processing, and may use public sources such as a LinkedIn profile you provide. Third-party availability and content are outside Althra's control.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Althra disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on an assessment.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, and may restrict access where needed to protect users, Althra or the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
